Announcement of the two-day info workshops „Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia – Montenegro“

Serbian European Integration Office, Montenegrin Ministry for European Integration and Joint Technical Secretariat are inviting all interested parties to participate at the two-day work-shops „Preparation of project proposals for the Cross-border Programme Serbia - Montenegro". The aim of the work-shop is to provide potential applicants with timely instructions for preparation of project proposals for the 2nd Call for Proposals within the Cross-border Programme Serbia - Montenegro. Preliminary schedule for work-shops in Serbia: Užice,18-19 November 2010, Time:10:30 Register by 12 November Novi Pazar, 23-24 November 2010, Time:10:30 Register by 16 November Тhe exact dates will be confirmed not later than 7 days before the event Preliminary schedule for work-shops in Montenegro: Andrijevica, 02-03 December 2010 Time:10:30 Register by 25 November Nikšić, 13-14 December 2010, Time:10:30 Register by 06 December the exact dates will be confirmed not later than 7 days before the event. The exact date for each workshop will be published on the Programme website www.cbcsrb-mne.org one week prior to the actual event. Please check our website regularly in November 2010 to find out place, date, time and other details of the workshops in order to register for participation. During the workshops, we will present the Cross-border Programme Serbia - Montenegro, logical framework matrix with an emphasis on how to complete Application Form, public procurement procedure, financial management and good budget formulation, as well as project monitoring and reporting system. Please have in mind that the costs of refreshment and lunch for all participants will be covered by the organisers (technical organizers), but the cost of transportation and accommodation should be covered by the workshop participants.
